MY CHILD'S HEALTH NOTEBOOK - FREE
 My Child's Health Notebook

At this site, you can download My Child's Health Notebook free after answering some quick questions regarding symptoms your child may have been experiencing.  With the
My Child's Health Notebook you can chart your child's growth, record their symptoms and immunizations, etc.

My Child's Health Notebook is offered by Prevacid, a medication used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).  GERD can be confused with food allergic symptoms, and can aggrevate asthma conditions, so it is useful to record symptoms to discuss them with your child's physician in order to get an accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
